A cord cutting ritual is a symbolic spiritual ceremony used to release energetic attachments that may be draining your energy or keeping you tied to the past.
Energetic cords can form through relationships, past experiences, emotional ties, difficult situations, or patterns that are no longer serving you. These energetic connections can sometimes leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to fully move forward.
This ritual is designed to help sever those energetic attachments, allowing you to reclaim your energy, strengthen your boundaries and create space for healing and personal growth.
Each ceremony is performed personally by me with intention, protection and focused energy work throughout the ritual. I use candles, herbs, crystals and my own handcrafted ritual oils.
What happens when you book
After booking, you will be asked to complete a Cord Cutting Ritual Form. This helps me understand the energetic connection, situation, or pattern you would like to release and the intention behind the ritual.
Your ritual will then be performed using a traditional cord cutting setup.
During the ceremony I do more than simply observe the process. I actively work with the energy of the ritual through visualisation, intention setting and energetic focus to support the release of the cord.
Throughout the ritual I also tune into the energy surrounding the situation, the energetic dynamics involved and the overall energy of the ritual itself.
At the same time, I carefully observe the behaviour of the candles, flame movement, wax formations and the way the cord burns or releases. These elements can often reveal symbolic messages about the energy surrounding the situation.

- A full written ritual report
- Observations from the ceremony
- Symbolic interpretations of the candle burn
- Insights based on the energetic impressions felt during the ritual
- Aftercare guidance to help the energy settle

Cord cutting rituals are deeply personal and are always performed with care, respect and genuine intention. Every ritual is approached individually, allowing the energy of the situation to guide the process and the interpretations that follow.
Because every connection and situation carries its own energy, no two rituals are ever the same.
Your ritual will be performed personally by me. I do not automate or outsource any part of the ritual process.
