When will my order be shipped?
All orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Each parcel is wrapped with intention, care and is charged under the moonlight before it begins its journey to you 🌙
How long will delivery take?
UK orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days once dispatched. Arrival time will depend on the service you selected at checkout. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services on all our packages.
International delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Celestial Moon ships worldwide so that moon lovers and crystal souls everywhere can enjoy a little cosmic magic.
Are your crystals genuine?
Absolutely!! Every crystal in the Celestial Moon collection is ethically sourced and 100% genuine. Each piece is hand-selected, cleansed and charged before it reaches you – ready to support your energy and intentions.
Can I cleanse or charge my crystals myself?
Yes! We always encourage you to bond with your crystals. You can cleanse them with smoke, sound or moonlight. Charging them under a full moon is especially powerful – it helps reconnect them to lunar energy 🌕
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If your order arrives damaged or you’re unhappy for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Due to the nature of crystals and handmade items, I can’t always offer returns for change of mind – but your happiness truly matters to me.
Do you take custom orders or gift requests?
Yes! If you’re creating a special bundle, gift box or want something custom for your altar or ritual, just send me a message. I love curating magical sets for unique souls.
How are your orders packaged?
Every order is wrapped with care, love and a sprinkle of moon dust. I use eco-friendly packaging and each parcel is infused with positive energy before it leaves my hands.
Do you have a physical shop?
Celestial Moon is currently an online only store – a cozy corner of the internet for moon lovers everywhere. But who knows what the stars hold for the future! 🌙
